Beautiful rural house with a capacity for 6 people, completely air conditioned, private swimming pool, free wifi and TV with satellite!
This cozy country house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. For more than 4 people there is a supplement and a supplement bed and the double sofa bed can be used.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery, utensils, toaster, juicer and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine and an iron available.
The air conditioned living room has a TV with satellite where you can receive Spanish, German, French and Dutch TV channels.
The air conditioning units give cold air in the summer, but can also heat the house in the winter. There is also a nice wood stove in the living room that can be used by the guests.
There is a beautiful garden around this property with olive and citrus trees, and a private swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols. Outside is also a large terrace, many shaded areas and a barbecue area. The swimming pool area is fenced, just like the rest of the plot, making it ideal for families with children. For the children there is also a cot and a high chair.
This house is located in a totally quite environment where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the Riogrande valley and the north face of the Sierra de Mijas. Less than 20 minutes from the best beaches in the province and Malaga city, and 25 minutes from the lakes at El Chorro and the Camino del Rey.
We recommend the use of an 4 x 4 vehicle, although it is not essential.
