The property is situated on 3 levels, as you enter the villa straight into the hallway you’ll find plenty of storage cupboards and a staircase leading to the upstairs. Also on level 1 is the lounge, 2nd lounge, dining area, kitchen, utility room and a large terrace. The lounge area has 2 cream leather sofas, ceiling fans, and a 46 inch TV with DVD player. The villa has UK channels including Sky movies, Sports, children's TV, 6 live premiership football channels, over 2000 films and box sets.

The lounge has sea views and has 2 sets of patio doors leading onto 1st level terrace. The dining area has tables and leather chairs for 8 guests and doors leading into 2nd lounge.

The 2nd lounge has ceiling fans, 3 sofas, two 2 seaters and one 1 seater. Also this lounge has views of the sea and large patio doors leading to the terrace. The kitchen area has an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Off the kitchen you will find the utility room which contains washing machine, dishwasher and iron with board. There is also a fully tiled bathroom with WC. Also on this level is the terrace area which has outdoor dining with several shaded areas, tables and chairs with cushions for outside seating to chill out and enjoy the splendid views the terrace has to offer.

On level 2 you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, a fully tiled en suite with bath & shower attachment, shower cubicle and patio doors leading to large balcony with tables and chairs and wonderful sea views. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and patio doors leading to same balcony as bedroom 1. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed. There is also a large fully tiled bathroom on this level with shower cubicle. A safe has been installed for your private use and free wifi is included at this accommodation.

On the ground level you will find the downstairs apartment and the private pool area. The apartment consists of a lounge, kitchen, bedroom 4 and a en suite. The lounge has sofas seating 4 guests, TV and patio doors leading to pool terrace. The kitchen is basic and has tables and chairs for 2, hob only, fridge freezer and storage cupboards. The bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and a fully tiled en suite with bath and shower cubicle.

The large pool terrace has a kidney shaped private heated pool 8 x 3 meters in size and 1.20 - 1.70 meters in depth with a ladder entrance. The terrace has been beautifully decorated and has a lovely shaded bar area to enjoy the sea views and surrounding the pool are 8 sun loungers, BBQ, tables and chairs for 6 and stairs leading up to 1st level terrace. Also the pool terrace offers private parking round the side.


The manager of this property lives nearby. He is on hand in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area.

LOCATION

This villa is situated in a very quiet up market area of Costa Adeje. Beaches are a 5 minute drive from the villa and several golf courses a very short distance away closest being Adeje which is a 5-7 minute drive away. There are plenty of places close by to eat and drink and the shopping centre of Gran Sur is only a 10 minute walk away. Playa De Las Americas is a modern expanse of urban development that draws tourists throughout the year and offers a whole host of entertainment for both young and old and has many attractions to visit both during the day and night. The Aqualand and The New " Siam Park " are less than a 5 minute drive from the villa which are a real must for a good day out, and for all the family to enjoy.


This is the island's most populated area and offers limitless opportunities for soaking up the day's sunshine. In the evenings you can enjoy some of the island's best cabaret tribute acts within a few minutes walk from the villa. There are a number of excellent restaurants in the area. If you prefer a quieter time there are many different areas to visit and relax in.

Location: 20 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to Las Americas, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car). Four other golf courses within 20 mins drive.

Beverages /Linen Change: A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, water, milk and sugar. Towels and linen change weekly.

Golf and Leisure
For golfers, the course at Adeje, is one of the best in the Canary Islands, and certainly the most picturesque. There is the eighteen hole, par 72, 6,783 yards Championship course, and also a par 32, nine hole course at Adeje, and there are four other golf courses within 20 minutes, Golf del Sur (twenty-seven holes), Amarilla Golf, Golf Las Americas, and the brand new course at Abama. There are also two courses on the North of the island, and if you feel a bit adventurous, you can take the fast catamaran to La Gomera (35 minutes) and play the fantastic golf course at La Tecina.

For the rest of us, Tenerife offers every sport and pastime imaginable, snorkeling, scuba diving, whale and dolphin spotting, tennis, squash, numerous spas, you name it, we’ve got it! And when you’ve had enough of all that, you can just sunbath 52 weeks of the year in what must be the world’s most gentle climate, where daytime temperatures rarely exceed 30ºC in summer and rarely drop below 22º in winter.
