Description
This stunningly classy holiday home in Estepona has been remodelled to create spaces for rest. On the large furnished terrace, you can enjoy long breakfasts and wonderful dinners. This place is ideal for a small family on a vacation.
The beach is just 5 minutes walking, right next to the Beach Club Salduna with restaurant service and hammocks all day. In the vicinity, there are spas, supermarkets, shops and a multitude of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the best Andalusian and international cuisine, and Puerto Banús is the most beautiful harbour on Costa Del Sol 10 minutes by car.
The housing complex has two pools, one for adults and one for the little ones, and well-kept garden areas. You will also find a living room and kitchenette, both perfectly equipped with the purpose to enjoy a full stay. You will get an IR remote control for opening the gate for secure parking. Throw the waste in the containers available in parking space.
When leaving make sure to switch off all electrical and no disrespect towards neighbors and house is allowed. There is an electric sign behind the large painting if the power goes out. For continuous water supply, the tap is on the right side on the ground floor.
