It is located in Balconevisi, 8 km from the impressive San Miniato, famous for its truffles and just 15 km to the expressway connecting Florence, Pisa and Livorno. The house is 140 m a.s.l., surrounded by gentle hills covered in olive groves and cypress trees. From the garden you access directly the large living room with fireplace and kitchen corner (with barbecue). From the same living room you also get to double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor, where there are a kitchen with access to the garden, a large bedroom with two sing beds and bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. In the kitchen there is an iron ladder leading onto an open gallery with double bed, suitable only for agile people.An ideal corner of the house where to read a book or just relax. The garden is equipped for al fresco dining (wood burning oven available) and children will be happy to have their own table, which "fits their size". From the outside table you enjoy the view on the countryside! Here you will be relaxing completely but also plan trips to the most beautiful and suggestive towns of Tuscany: Volterra 46 km, Pisa 50 km, Lucca 50 km, Florence 56 km and don't forget that the sea is just few kilometers away! On the coastline between Cecina and Viareggio you will spend wonderful days on the beach and under the sun and have the opportunity to enjoy all delicious regional dishes.
