Its living room is on ground floor, bed and bathrooms are on 1 st floor, from where a small loggia is to be accessed. The property also features a covered terrace and extensive grounds with pine and olive trees. The beautiful, round-shaped pool with sun loungers is slightly below the accommodation. From anywhere in the property you have a wonderful view over the Val di Chiana. The plot is shared with the owner, who lives in a small outbuilding with her dog Laika. Monte San Savino (4 km) and Lucignano (7 km) are charming small cities with interesting artistic treasures, excellent restaurants, numerous bars and shops of all kind. Train connections from Monte San Savino to Arezzo. Arezzo 20 km, Cortona 30 km, the Trasimeno Lake 40 km, Siena 50 km. Access along dirt track, not suitable for low or sports cars.
