The interiors are spacious and functional. On the main floor of the villa, in front of the kitchen, a large covered terrace allows you to have meals al fresco or to experience moments of relaxation while enjoying the beautiful view. Guests have access to the large panoramic swimming pool, with changing room and showers in the basement near the pool area. In the well-kept park there are several green areas which allow Guests to enjoy walks or picnics among the olive trees or in front of the ancient fountain, wisely recovered. We are located in the "Sabina" countryside, an area offering many entertainment opportunities, from trekking to kayaking on the Tiber, as well as countless fascinating destinations for art and history enthusiasts: Rome is only 58 km, the lake of Bracciano 60 km and Viterbo with the thermal baths at 73 km, the beach for a day at the seaside is 96 km away. Swimming pool and garden are in shared use with the family that lives in the other portion of the house. In the nearby property Guests can use tennis courts for a fee. Parking available within the property, mosquito nets on all windows; a spiral staircase connects the different floors.
