The very pleasant, tiled swimming pool sits in ample sun terracing with lots of areas for sunbathing whilst there is a cool, shaded terrace to the front of the house for respite from the sun or simply enjoying a refreshing drink or alfresco meal. There is also an impressive, purpose built-in barbecue, ideal for testing your skills using local produce. Views across the surrounding countryside to the valley and the mountains beyond are breathtaking.
The interiors are lovingly furnished and offer comfortable accommodation with the light and airy lounge on the ground floor opening to a lovely shaded terrace. The kitchen is fully-fitted and there is a double bedroom on the ground floor and a spacious mezzanine gallery twin on the first floor. The house is comfortable and modern offering peace and privacy and all the modern conveniences needed for a lovely Mallorcan get away.
