The house extends over three floors. 3 km from the center of Germignaga, 4 km Porto Valtravaglia, 6 km Luino. Private car park and part of a terraced garden on the south side of the house, with a magnificent view of the lake and equipped for alfresco dining. The surrounding area offers many hiking and biking trails, such as a 8 km long bike&walk trail which runs from Germignaga mainly along the riverbank. Luino offers a beautiful waterfront promenade with bars and restaurants with local specialties and ferries to other picturesque lakeside towns and the fascinating Borromean Islands.
