Villa La Pagaia is a beautiful, recently fully refurbished villa located just on the outskirts of Vico Equense. It is 166 metres squared and can sleep up to 10 people. It features a private 50-metre squared terrace with a stunning view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning and WIFI internet access.


From Villa La Pagaia, you will enjoy a wonderful panorama of the sea and the coastline. There are restaurants, bars, local shops just a stone’s throw away. At Villa La Pagaia, you are 7 minutes’ walk from Seiano train station, where you can catch the train to Pompeii, Naples and Sorrento. There is also a bus stop nearby connecting the station and the centre of Vico Equense in just a few minutes. The beach is only approximately 20-25 minutes’ walk down the hill. It is the perfect location for families or a group of friends looking for a mix of a beach and sight-seeing holiday.

Villa La Pagaia is accessible through the main gate where there is a terrace with breath-taking views of the sea and the coastline. Use the BBQ and dine ‘al fresco’ with the Bay of Naples as your backdrop. There is an outdoor shower and outdoor furniture.

Off the terrace, there are 3 steps to access the ground floor of the villa which opens up onto a large lounge/dining area. There is a table, a window, a TV, a sofa and armchairs for you to relax in this open plan space. From the lounge/dining area, you can access the kitchen. The kitchen has a large dining table which can seat up to 10 guests. The table can be moved into the lounge or onto the terrace so you can dine ‘al freso’. There is also a sink, 4 hobs, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave and kitchen utensils. It also has a large French, sliding door which leads out onto the terrace.

On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom. It has a double bed, which is 1.40m wide and 2 metres long, a window, a TV, a small desk and a safe. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, bidet and a small window.
From the lounge/dining area, there is a staircase, with approximately 20 steps, which takes you to the first floor of the villa. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a study room. The study room has a double sofabed, storage space for clothes/belongings and a door leading to a small terrace. The first bedroom has a double bed (1.60m wide by 2 metres long), space to store clothes/belongings, a desk, a TV, a safe and two windows. The second bedroom is ensuite and has a double bed (1.60m wide by 2 metres long), a TV, a desk, a safe and space to store clothes/belongings. The furnishings are modern and calming, conducive to a relaxing environment. There is also a double door which opens onto a terrace; from here you can enjoy a view of the sea whilst sunbathing and relaxing. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, bidet and a small window.
The third bedroom is ensuite and has a double bed (1.60m wide by 2 metres long), a TV, a safe, storage for your clothes and a desk and is furnished with calming, modern colours which provide a relaxing atmosphere. It also boasts a large window and a door which leads to the panoramic terrace; perfect for relaxing whilst enjoying the wonderful sea views. The ensuite bathroom has a sink, shower, toilet, bidet and a small window.
There is also another bathroom which can be used by guests in the first bedroom and those in the study room. It has a shower, toilet, sink, bidet and a small window.

The whole villa is fenced and gated and is completely private for your exclusive use.

Due to its location, you will not need a car to stay at Villa La Pagaia. Alternatively, if you have one, you can park it in a secure car park just by the entrance. There is an additional door which you can use to access the villa directly from the car park.
