Guests will recline into the tasteful luxury of the villa. The master bedroom comes with a TV, dressing room and ensuite bathroom/ shower room - again, so stylish with marble and discreet lighting.The further two double bedrooms also have their own ensuite bathroom/ shower rooms and TV's - making this home ideal for groups of adults or families alike. #### Location
Villa Esperia is situated on a tranquil, green hillside setting two kilometres from Suna which is a small, understated lake-side village with a smattering of bars and local style restaurants.

Suna boasts water side amenities by way of sandy beach and outdoor pool that will be a real draw for children in the holiday party.

There is a wonderful lake side promenade towards Pallanza, a vibrant local village for a little more choice of restaurants and bars. From here there is a little ferry port where visitors can take boats over the to the Borromean islands, Stresa, and other lakeside beauty spots.

For a bit more of a downtown feel, Intra Verbania offers boutiques and shopping centres only four kilometres away. Or, for true northern Italian city flavour, Milan is an hour and a half's train ride away - very doable for a day trip to the fashion capital of Europe!

Lake Maggiore is the second largest Italian lake, after Lake Garda, it extends in the north into Switzerland, its eastern banks are in Lombardy.

The lake is known for its smart lake shore towns with their refined elegance. There are plenty of charming villages to visit also, Cannero Riviera and Cannobio amongst these. Discovering little known, family run mountain located restaurants can be a gastronomic journey to say the least!

The Isola Bella is worth a visit with its majestic palace, as well as the town of Luino with its famous market. Cableways, panoramic views and breathtaking corners of natural beauty are abundant on the sloping shores of Lake Maggiore.

The beautiful monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso is a mystical place for a day's visit.
