On the first floor, you'll find a big complete bathroom with bathtub, glass panel and modern cabinet as well as a large main bedroom with a double bed, a big storage closet, a ceiling fan and a direct way out, thanks to French doors, to a pretty private terrace with table and chairs, and from where you have a very nice view onto the residence's community area and swimming pools.
There also is a complete bathroom, recently renovated, with a bathtub, a brand new glass panel and a modern storage cupboard.
On the ground floor, there are additional independent toilets, a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed as well as a ceiling fan and big storage closet,and a pleasant living room with sofa-bed, ceiling fan, dining area and a renovated open-plan kitchen, equipped with complete household appliances (microwave, cooktop, big fridge-freezer, dishwasher ...).
French doors in the living room allow access to the pretty covered and furnished terrace with a table, chairs, ceiling fan, barbecue and work surface.
Just in front of the terrace, you'll find a garden with lawn and a cute paved alley leading to the little secure gate allowing direct yet private access to the community area of the residence and swimming pools.

Comfortable and fully equipped, this house makes available complete household appliances, ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms as well as on the terrace, lots of storage in all the rooms, etc... and includes a parking spot although it is really easy to park in the street just before the residence, with very few traffic.
If you want, you can also get the Wifi Internet connection and the linen (sheets and shower towels), both available as optional services.
For the youngest ones, a baby bed can be booked with the fee of 50 Euros.

It stands in a pleasant little family residence where only 20 houses share the community area and swimming pools, with one for adults and another one for kids, access with Roman stairs, outdoor showers, etc...

This residence stands only 3,5 kms from the beautiful beaches and creeks in Miami Playa and 3 kms from the centre of the seaside resort where you'll find all kinds of facilities; you easily get there driving and can park on the beach front as well as on the main avenue where many free parking spots are let at the holiday makers' disposal.
The tourist centres of Cambrils, Salou or La Pineda are easily accessible by car and you'll find there many activities such as for example the famous Port Aventura and Ferrari Land theme parks, serveral karting tracks, the Costa Caribe and Aquopolis water parks, the big Aquum Spa centre, etc …

This villa, comfortably equipped for 5 people, is the ideal option to combine swimming pool, beach, rest and activities.

Miami Playa is a little family seaside resort in Costa Dorada which extends all along 10 incredible creeks and 2 large fine sand beaches, with all kinds of facilities (tourist activities, bars, restaurants, supermarkets …); it is famous for its preserved natural frame with a seafront lined with high maritime pine trees.

Miami Playa is a quiet place to have good holidays, offers pretty beaches which are not so busy as the ones of the closeby resorts and grants with peaceful summer nights.
The main beaches and creeks are surveyed and fitted out with showers, little bars – restaurants in the sand and water sports areas (pedalos, banana, donut, etc …).
