4 bedroom Villa, sleeps 7, extremely spacious and with absolutely stunning private pool and terrace areas which were fully renovated in 2017! Absolutely perfect for larger family, Friends or Golf holiday, with privacy in the lower garden and terrace area and around the lovely pool with on the same level bar area for preparing food, lots of shade (or sun!) all day and shower room. The outside terrace area is fantastic to enjoy and relax on, both through the day and in the evening!
The main Villa level has two lounge areas with Wi-Fi internet and TV channels, spacious dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms. On this level you also find the BBQ terrace, just perfect for eating outdoors in the cooler evenings!
The top floor is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and "walk through" wardrobe area.

In addition to the private swimming pool the Villa has, the urbanisation of "Cerros del Aguila" also has a fantastic large, communal swimming pool available to use in Summer months! The pool is only 5 minute walk from the Villa. There are also a couple of shops and restaurants/bars within walking distance.
The large indoor commercial centre "Miramar" is just 10 minute drive away, as are the beautiful beaches of Fuengirola and la Cala de Mijas, plus many attractions such as Fuengirola "Bioparc" Zoo or Mijas Aquapark!
