Description

This detached house is located a few kilometres from the wonderful Bellagio, on a hillside overlooking the lake with stunning views. The house is on two floors, of which only the upper one is available to guests. The lower floor is not used. From the two equipped terraces of the house, you can enjoy a spectacular view of Lake Como. Parking inside the property and closed by automatic gate. The house is accessed via a 30 metres long uphill steep concrete ramp: please drive carefully if you own a sports car. The area is ideal for visiting the picturesque villages of the lake, which can also be reached by ferry from the enchanting Bellagio (approx. 13km), the fashionable Cernobbio (27km), Sala Comacina (46km) with its island, accessible by ferry, where you can enjoy an interesting nature and artistic trail with its 18th century church and the " Casa per artisti" (house of the artists). Sports lovers can enjoy at Lake Como a wide range of water sports and scenic trails, which are ideal for hiking and biking.
