Lovely stone terraced house from the 17th century in a small village overlooking the beautiful Riviera delle Palme, 10 km from the beautiful small town of Savona, with its sandy beaches and picturesque port. The house is on 2 levels which are connected by a beautiful, original stone staircase. Large equipped terrace overlooking the valley and the sea. Ideal location to visit the beautiful old town of Savona with its narrow streets and arcades and explore the nearby beaches of Albisola and small bays of Bergeggi (11 km) with its island (marine reserve with whales and dolphins - Boat trips possible). From here you can also easily reach the Riviera dei Fiori with the longest coastal cycle path in Europe: between Sanremo and San Lorenzo al Mare (80 km). Distances: 33.5 km Borgio Verezzi with its colourful caves (one of the most beautiful villages in Italy), 126 km Triora - The Village of Witches, 54 km the mundane Alassio with its characteristic narrow streets. Very well equipped Yacht Club in Noli (19 km). Behind the house there are hiking trails in the Maritime Alps between Ventimiglia and La Spezia.
