Description
This home is a very special place for us where we gather the entire family during holidays; a place we were lucky to discover a few years ago that amazed us for the location and breathtaking landscape. The peacefulness, the sea right there at your feet… being part of all this, it’s priceless! Even though we’ve prepared our home specially for you, we’ve kept its main essence: a cozy, comfortable, family home where you’ll experience an amazing time!
The Space:
Our home is the first Villa of the condominium, with a privileged view over the ocean, with huge windows and balconies throughout the house. Our home is spread around three floors. On the 1st floor there's a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a huge living room and dining room, balcony and a lovely garden.
On the 2nd floor there's 1 suite, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a large balcony. And at last, but not least, the 3rd floor has 1 bedroom, full bathroom, and a terrace where you can relax and sun bathe.

Interaction with Guests:
The entire house will be only for you. For check-in, we enjoy meeting all of our guests, but we respect their privacy and space as well. Please feel free to interact with us as much, or as little as you'd like. :)
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a private condominium. The neighbours are quiet and respectful, so you can just sit back and relax while you enjoy the beautiful view over Praia da Areia Branca and the amazing Berlengas Islands.
Getting Around:
There's shops and supermarkets a few minutes away by car.
Jogging strip right on top of the Areia Branca beach is a wonderful spot to bike or jog.
Other Things to Note:
- The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, blender, microwave, toaster/cheese grill, washing machine and dryer, fridge/freezer.
- Our home is equipped with Android TV and Netflix subscription.
- In Portugal, as well as in most European countries, all paid accommodation establishments need to record the stay and collect identification details from all foreign citizens, whether they are from Member States of the European Union or third Country Nationals, in order to communicate them within three days to the Immigration and Borders Services.
