Upon first seeing the villa "Son Sec", guest immediately notice the pleasantly private atmosphere of this residence. From the central courtyard, you can directly access the pool area, which is surrounded by a quaint natural stone wall and think Mediterranean greenery. Here, you will want to linger and enjoy the Mediterranean sun, periodically taking a dip in the cool blue water. The basin, with decorative tiles, is up to 2 m deep. It can comfortable by accessed by broad stairs. Four comfortable loungers await guests for lavish sunbathing. In case the UV rays get too strong, you can use the parasol at your disposal. Three steps lead to the picturesque patio. From here, you have a splendid view of the pool area and beyond. The tradition exposed beam ceiling above, and the natural stone floor below, beautifully frame the outdoor seating area. Start your day with a savoury breakfast while enjoying the stunning view and make plans for the (holi)day ahead. On tepid evenings, you can prepare and savour fresh, regional delicacies on the barbecue.

The villa consists of two separate structures. In the larger house, you will find the living/dining area with satellite TV, an open kitchen, and a double room with en-suite bathroom. In the second, smaller house you will find two additional bedroom, each with an en-suite bathroom. The main living area is conveniently located adjacent to the terrace. Here, you will find a built-in kitchenette in the skilfully refurbished living/dining area. In this combined room, you can lounge on the comfortable sofa or savour an indoors dinner at the dining table. A tastefully designed counter loosely demarcates the kitchen area that holds all items for daily use (including filter coffee maker, Nespresso, water cooker). Two lovingly furnished bedrooms, each with two beds of 0.90 x 2.00 m welcome you to a relaxing night's sleep. Originally enough, they are divided over two buildings, both are equipped with an en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms are lit by natural light and are as functional as they are cheerful. Irons and hair dryers are available in the house, so you do not need to bring them yourself.

The next largest towns aside from Santanyi and Cala Figuera are Cala d'Or and S'Horta, both of which invite visitors to stay for a while. You can hear echoes of the road connecting Santanyi and Cala Figuera from the villa. As a result, the local beaches are very easy to reach. You should e.g. definitely witness the beauty of the small city beach of Cala Santanyi first-hand. The nature reserve "Parc natural de Mondragó", well worth a visit, is situated in the immediate vicinity of the villa. The orchids and many different species of bird make this area completely unique. Beautiful walking and cycling trails cross through the nature reserve.
