The bay of Aghios Nikolaus is immediately below the hill side that Benedikti is situated on and it is a treat to watch boats sailing in and out on the dark blue Ionian Sea. The infinity swimming pool boasts welcoming roman steps for each access and the terrace is an inviting spot to really relax and appreciate the vistas; the two storey villa has plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the peaceful ambience. Inside, the decor is informal yet sophisticated, with an open plan living anddining areas and a separate kitchen that opens onto a terrace. There is a double bedroom with a shower room also on the ground floor with patio doors opening onto a terrace, and on the first floor and there is a king size double bedroom and a further double bedrooms with a balcony each and an en suite shower room.
Sivota harbour and village is a 25 minute walk or a five minute drive and has a great selection of restaurants and shops all set around the popular Marina; all surrounded by hillsides covered in pine, cypress and olive trees that reach down to the water’s edge. The rugged coastlilne is jammed packed with sandy bays, rocky coves featuring the fine white coarse sand and aquamarine waters. Mega Ammos is one of the most well known and Vrakas Bay famous for its watersports. It is part of the fun to get a water taxi to the lesser known beaches or to hire a smalll motorboat, grab a picnic and explore this wondeful green and lush coastline.The lovely sandy beach of Aghios Nikolaus is a 5 minute walk away, and many of the amenities of the Dom Hotel closeby are available for the Benedetta villa Guests.
