Description

The villa "Sa Pedrera d'es Turó" is an oasis close to the sea, offering plenty of variety on the east coast. This also applies to the villa itself: The spaciously laid-out outdoor area lures you for timeless, sunny afternoons with a wonderfully refreshing pool. Surrounded by a lush green artificial lawn, you can settle down on one of the comfortable loungers after splashing around, until the mild breeze has dried your sun-kissed skin and you may feel like a game of table tennis. The covered veranda terrace offers a hammock, a swinging armchair, a Hollywood swing, as well as a relaxing seating area – appealing places to unwind in the relaxing serenity. In addition, a built-in BBQ is available to help you spend a lot of time in the fresh air.

The house itself is attractively and comfortably furnished. A rustic room, accented with dark wooden tones, is equipped with a sofa corner from which you can watch a film to wind down the day. There is also a dining table and, somewhat separate, an excellently equipped kitchen with a gas stove to ensure your dishes turn out just right. In addition to a bathroom with a luxury bathtub, the ground floor offers a double bedroom. The two other bedrooms with double beds are located on the upper floor, and each has a cot, so that young families will find ideal holiday conditions at the villa. This floor also has a bathroom. Discreet artworks on the walls provide a pleasant feel-good atmosphere throughout the house.

You can simply grab one of the bicycles at the villa “Sa Pedrera d'es Turó” to ride the 1.5 km into Porto Cristo. There, the spectacle of yachts and sailing boats coming and going is fascinating to watch from the pretty promenade. Close to the villa lies street that can sometimes be heard, but provides a good connection to the infrastructure. You can quickly reach beautiful, fine sandy beaches, which mostly have a shallow entry into the sea, so that families can spend wonderful days by the water. Manacor, which is 13 km away, is an excellent option if you want to spend a day shopping and in cafes. Of course, you can also drive to the island's capital of Palma to do so, which is an hour away.
