La Piana

La Piana is a cosy, single storey villa enjoying spectacular views as far as the sea and the surrounding mountains. Amenities are close by with the tiny village of Pedona providing a small shop, bar and café within walking distance. Further afield the coastal town of Viareggio is only a 20 minute drive, and the charming town of Lucca can be found only 35 minutes away. The swimming pool and gardens are surrounded by hedges and trees offering seclusion and privacy, only overlooked by the covered dining terrace at the front of the house. The villa stays loyal to its farmhouse roots with rustic and traditional styled interiors featuring wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors whilst the fitted kitchen provides everything that is required for a memorable, away from it all, holiday. Due to the houses private location it is accessible on foot from the car parking area by a track of approximately 300m.
