Description

We have the honour of presenting you a slice of paradise. The rustic stone villa "Es Parral" is situated above the Bay of Alcúdia with a view of the lovely town of Colònia de Sant Pere. In the background, the hills of the Serres de Llevant, which seem rather rugged at first, gently wrap their arms around the villa and its green surroundings. The house is characterised by its particularly child-friendly facilities, with a spacious and varied outdoor playground in the garden with a swing, slide, table tennis, football goal, and much more; ideally suited for at least two families. Sun worshippers will find relaxation in the hammock that gently swings between trees, or on one of the numerous loungers around the sun-drenched pool with splendid views. If you're wondering where the stairs at the pool area lead, simply go and have a look! Please make sure you bring the bottle of Mallorcan red wine and some olives – up here, you can revel in truly breathtaking sceneries between the mountains and the sea, especially during sunsets. If you haven't discovered your favourite spot yet, we are sure that you will quickly find it at your first visit to the villa – perhaps on the covered terrace with dining area, BBQ, or in the corner with its cool polyrattan furniture.

The covered veranda with dining area leads directly into the house, into a spacious living space that can be accessed and used by everyone. The fully-equipped country house kitchen is connected with the living and dining room in a pleasantly open manner. The bright terracotta tiles with honey-coloured woodwork combine perfectly with the white walls to form a perfect setting for the comfortable furniture and cosy sofa landscape. A perfect spot to watch the homely fireplace. On the same floor, you will find four inviting double bedrooms with plenty of storage space to accommodate your new holiday wardrobe. These are complemented by two bathrooms with contemporary tiling (one en-suite). They are rounded off by a snug single room with a third bathroom on the lower floor (because of the hillside location, this room also has natural daylight). "Es Parral" is a typical Mallorcan country house with rustic flair – and, in tune with the absolutely quiet location, you can relax in inviting spots far away from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism. Spend some luxurious and well-need quality time together!

At the edge of the Bay of Alcúdia, the friendly fishing village of Colònia de Sant Pere awaits guests with its harbour promenade, restaurants, and a protected, very shallow swimming area. This region has everything that makes Mallorca so attractive, in close proximity to both the mountains and the sea. A mere 16 km away, the Bay of Alcúdia offers a rich selection of wonderful beaches with crystal clear water and cool beach bars. Active travellers will find ideal starting points for hiking tours. From the villa, you can explore various trails. For example, through the stream of the same name or to Ermita de Betlem. Enjoy your café cortado in the cafes of the pretty neighbouring towns and feel the relaxation take over.
