The villa is located in the residential area Ortenbach, which is a privileged location due to the proximity of the largest beach of Calpe, with easy access through a practically flat road, at approx. 15 minutes on foot. There’s also a small supermarket close to the villa, only 200 m away, and larger supermarkets as Lidl are only at 600 m from the villa. A short walk of 20-25 minutes takes you to the town of Calpe.

This large and completely renovated villa is formed by 4 separate apartments; some apartments have views to the sea and to the Ifach Rock. Each apartment has a living-dining room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a covered terrace. The villa is surrounded by an enclosed plot of 2,000 m2 where a large swimming pool is located, with deck chairs and sunshades and a flat terrace area, perfect for families with children, there are also several pergolas with seating and a built-in barbecue ideal for outdoor meals. For your freetime you can find outside a pétanque-field and also a tennistable-equipment. Each apartment has a living area of approx. 80 m2, and the 4 apartments together, 360 m2. The villa offers free WiFi Internet.

At only 1.2 km walking distance from the largest sandy beach in Calpe (Playa Arenal-Bol), the promenade, restaurants and all the facilities. Calpe town centre is at approx. 1.5 km from the villa.
