The apartment is located inside our farmhouse, it is surrounded by greenery with walks through the fields or in the woods and a beautiful swimming pool. It is located just 10 km from Perugia. There are seven well-kept, well-equipped and comfortable apartments. The total capacity is 30 people. For this there is never confusion and you can enjoy the relaxation that the countryside can give. Even the swimming pool is never crowded. There is a lot of safe space and children can play freely without disturbing (toys and bicycles available not exclusively). The structure is close to an inhabited center therefore it enjoys all the necessary services.
A lounge with fireplace and a large veranda with barbecue and table tennis are also available to guests.

At 1 km the riding school. Inside the farm and just 3 kilometers from the farm, a beautiful hilly lake for sport fishing.
Among the species present: trout, carp from 3 to 18 kg, American catfish between 1 and 2 kg, amur about 10 kg, sun perch, perch.
We organize visits to wineries with wine tastings and local specialties; visits to local ceramic workshops in Deruta or to cashmere companies.
In the absence of your own car, Perugia is connected by bus from Monday to Saturday, on Sundays you can take advantage of taxi services. We are in a central position that allows you to easily visit the beautiful Umbria, the nearby Tuscany and for those who want it also to make a trip to Rome or the sea.
We recommend to come with the car.
A few km away is Lake Trasimento, with sailing, windsurfing and fishing schools.
There are four golf courses nearby, 2 18-hole and 2 9-hole. At 11 km the Umbria racetrack, Magione, loved by all motorcyclists and not only.
