Recently refurbished, the interiors are fresh and modern, with sleek white walls, new flooring and contemporary furnishings, catering to your every comfort. Knitted into the modern panaches are traditional features that add a comfort and warmth to each room, with the original rich wooden window frames and prominent door frames featuring throughout the villa.

The villa's layout is a little unconventional, with the floorplan designed to make the most of the views on offer, making for different shaped rooms and some quirky angles. Upstairs, the main living spaces take full advantage of these vistas, with a vast dining table positioned at the heart of an open plan living space, surrounded by windows casting views out across the blue azure of the Mediterranean. The large sofa has been similarly poised to face the views, with plenty of room to snuggle up together. Patio doors lead out onto an elegant, partially covered balcony. Offering an outdoor dining space and uninterrupted views to the horizon, it is clear why this is often a favorite aspect of the villa. The modern kitchen is semi open plan, with the internal stairway between the two zones, offering some privacy to your designated cooks, but an open hall and doorway allowing conversation and laughter to flow between the two! Fully equipped and with a picture frame window, cooking is a true joy in this carefully renovated space.

A sperate toilet and two en-suite double bedrooms complete the first floor, with the remaining bedrooms found on the floor below. Downstairs, the three bedrooms are en-suite with the same modern aesthetic evident throughout the villa. On the same level as the pool terrace, you can meander in and out, enjoying refreshing showers and moments of privacy before heading out to enjoy the company of your group.

Outside, Villa Nous makes the most of Mallorca's renowned year-round sunshine, with a fantastic swimming pool bordered by sun loungers and beautiful views. Stairs lead up to a traditional outdoor barbecue and kitchen area with another outdoor dining space, which feels like a hidden gem in this modern villa.

Puerto Portals is a small, laid-back town just west of the Capital, Palma. Being so conveniently located, makes this area a popular choice for both tourists and residents, with its swanky marina and bustling streets, ensuring a fun, vibrant ambiance for the duration of your holiday. The main high street offers all the essential shops and amenities you might need, with some boutiques and local treats mixed in! A good selection of restaurants is dotted around the town, with plenty of menu choices. Lila Portals is a popular choice for its beautiful terrace which overlooks the sea!

Well worth a day trip during your stay, the Palma is busy and stylish, overflowing with life as half of the island's population lives in the vibrant city. Packed with luxury hotels, trendy restaurants, cafes, shops and nightlife as well as a flourishing art scene, this up-and-coming city has been compared to the likes of Barcelona and is only a 20-minute taxi from the villa.

If you are a keen cyclist, then no doubt the rugged, captivating scenery of Mallorca will tempt you to hop on two wheels. The vast and varied cycling routes have made the island a hub for cycling in the Mediterranean, with the yearly Mallorca 312 drawing 8,000 cyclists each year. The 312km route with an altitude gains of 5,050metres offers competitors 14 hours to complete the course – and plenty of entertainment for spectators too!

For those seeking a little more relaxed activities, there are easier routes across the island for cycling, as well as gentle treks, pilates, yoga, paddle boarding and so much more. Kids will love the water sports on offer at the beaches and golfers will be in heaven with plenty of courses to tee-off from; there is something for everyone.
