Description
This 4-bedroom villa in Linjan is just 1.5 km from the beach. The villa has a private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol for an exotic vacation. It is ideal for a family or two families with a total of 8 persons. Linjan's seaside, the beautiful wild coast, is awe-striking. You can explore the region through kayaking, biking, or paddling. Restaurants and supermarkets are at 100 m and 500 m, respectively. If you wish to have fun on the beach, you need to go 1.5 km. For excursions, the town of Pula with its Roman amphitheater, and the town of Rovinj that is known as the Pearl of Istria are great. The holiday home has an air-conditioned living room to hang-out. All bedrooms are also air-conditioned. There is an outdoor shower to wash up after swimming. Evenings can be made special with a wonderful glass of wine and a hot barbecue on the terrace. In the private, fenced garden, you can go for walks after meals. Children would love to play here. The airport is 11 km.
