Description

This spacious and comfortable semi-detached house is surrounded by the green countryside of Tarquinia, just 4 km from the beach. The house, composed of two identical units is divided by a tall hedge to preserve a good level of privacy to its occupants. The house has a large porch perfect for outdoor dining, a barbecue, brick oven, and a small playground for children. Insect screens have also been installed on all of the wondow of the convenience of the guests, air conditioning can be arranged on request (at an extra cost), parking inside the property, electric gate. Tarquinia Lido offers public and private beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. Rome can be reached in 55 min. by train from Tarquinia railway station, which is about 1 km from the property. Other places on interest include: Riding stables 1 km, Golf 4 km. 20 km Civitavecchia with ferries to Sardinia, 25 km Tuscania, 36 km Lake Vico, 44 km Viterbo, 57 km Lake Bolsena, 85 km Rome.
