Description

A beautifully landscaped garden with surprising details, a sand-brown villa with a precious, white finish, a glittering pool with sun terrace and toldo, a Balinese bed, lush palm trees and Mediterranean flair - this property has it all. In addition to all this, our charming villa "Aladroc" offers also a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. The smoothly plastered house is surrounded by a paradise-like garden with extensive lawns, numerous wonderfully fragrant, flowering plants, shady trees, decorative pillars, an old fishing boat, both open and covered terraces and even a charming little pond with footbridge and the special extra something. Start your day with a stroll through the garden drinking a cup of freshly brewed coffee and take all this calamity and the mild climate in. What a perfect way to start the day. The garden is waiting for your children to discover countless corners and hidden spots, where they can play and you can still have an eye on them. The organically shaped pool found its in the middle of the garden, surrounded by fresh lawns. On the wrap-around, natural stone terrace, a noble metal toldo joined sun sails, so that all guests on the designer sunbeds and the freestanding loungers are equally protected from the sun. Lay down on the Balinese bed for an afternoon siesta, or spend a night there under the star-studded night sky. The outdoor bathroom comes in handy too, if you'd like to freshen up or take a shower after a dip in the pool. In front of the main entrance you will find a large veranda with high-quality armchairs and a dining table that offers a great space to sit down and relax at any time of day.

Walk right inside into the semi-open living area, which consists of living and dining room, as well as the kitchen. The delicate, powder-painted rooms with noble stone walls are set up in a U-shape. Thanks to the architectural structure, you are able to enjoy an optical separation yet still benefit from the openness of the typical Mallorcan rustic style. An inviting sofa area in the comfortable TV corner creates a smooth transition to the dining corner with an oval table and comfortable high-back chairs in colonial style. Contrasting with this look is the fully equipped dark wood kitchen in a country-house style, which has everything that any holidaymaker could wish for. Especially if you know to appreciate experiments with the local products and to transform them into delicious dishes - this kitchen is the perfect spot to make new vegetable friends or celebrate old recipes in good company. This classic villa holds up to six guests and is not rented to groups of young people. The majority of the bedrooms is equipped with two single beds each, which is ideal for children or good friends. The master bedroom with one double bed offers you en-suite bathroom with bidet. The other two rooms share a modern bathroom with shower. Two guest toilets complement the facilities in the house. Although the odds are high that you will spend most of your time in the wonderful garden oasis, the rooms are an excellent retreat after a long and exciting day on the island.

Given the location in the heart of the island, many places of interest are easily accessible and some of the must-sees on your list might by just around the corner. The charming villa "Aladroc" lies on the edge of Plà de Mallorca, the flat and fertile plain in the heart of the island. The town of Inca is around the corner and provides a very special shopping experience - especially on the popular weekly market. Thanks to the proximity to the country road (acoustically perceptible) leading from Palma to the bay of Alcúdia, you can easily reach all other destinations too. City, beach, sea, mountains and a quite rural atmosphere - you can have it all at once if you decide to choose the villa "Aladroc".
