This impressive house with private pool from the Sixties is located in a 350-hectare land in the Romagna Apennines, south-west of the Republic of San Marino, 16 km to the little village of Pennabilli 30 km and 50km from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic Sea (Rimini). The area of Montefeltro was a source of inspiration of many Renaissance painters such as Piero Della Francesca. The house spreads out over three floors and is characterized by large furnished terraces and a 90m² pool (max depth 3,40 m). Cabin with toilet and shower in the pool area. Nice view of green forests and valleys. A large kitchen with a stove with 6 burners, wood burning stove and 2 large refrigerators is at guests' disposal. The first and second floors are connected by a spiral staircase. Approximately 50m away is another house of the owner, which is not occupied during the stay of the guests in IEC199. Guest have access to: 2 parking spaces in a garage (50m) and 3 on the property. A caretaker, who looks after the garden and pool maintenance, has access to the property. Arrival is possible only between 4 pm – 8 pm.
