Description

As the villa name suggest, this characteristic house has a long history dating back to the 18th century with a local lineage of stately owners who, using local craftsmen have left a unique mark on the villa to create a journey through the ages as you travel from room to room whilst modern upgrades offer maximum comfort. Occupying a prime spot beside one of Massa Lubrense’s switchback roads, conveniently 200m from the myriad of restaurants, bars and boutiques which are discovered through a maze of cut-through streets more entertaining to piece together than most jigsaw puzzles. The tiered grounds set the stage for diverse usage, from relaxing by the pool to dining under the covered glass terrace through to burrowing under a shaded tree in the lower garden for book lovers and nature fans alike, the plethora of outdoor facilities are provided for all types. Conveniently, there’s no need for a car here with the local bus serving a variety of famous hotspots which will take ‘name-dropping’ upon arriving back home to a whole new level. The local marina named ‘Della Lobra’ is so picturesque and original where it’s possible to take some wonderful boat trips over to Capri and other well-known islands in the Gulf of Naples.
