Situated on the hilltop, spotless lawn areas, small grape yard and beautiful flowers have breathtaking views to offer. In the middle of the village, the high trees on both sides give you absolute privacy from your neighbours throughout the villa. Villa consists of 2 different houses giving privacy within large group of people that want to spend time together but yet again have different areas/houses. Small apartment (100m), on lower level consists of 2 bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living area with direct access to the pool. The second house (250m) consists of 2 floors. You can access the pool from the main balcony of the house, 25 sqm. Another bathroom in the basement along with a laundry room. Up the stairs 2 more bedrooms ensuite bathrooms and stunning views from the balconies.
