This modern masterpiece is divided over two floors; on the ground floor, you will find a modern and fully-equipped kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art appliances and a breakfast bar that seats five. There is also a large wooden dining table for evening meals, as well as a comfortable L-shaped sofa, perfect for watching late-night movies. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors fill the property with natural light, and allow direct access from the living area to the pool area, providing a seamless blend of the interior and exterior.

On the ground floor, there are also two spacious double bedrooms that share a well-equipped bathroom. On the upper level there is a large suite, with its own private bathroom and a large dressing room. There are also two further double bedrooms that share a bathroom; one of the bedrooms has three single beds that would be perfect for children. The house also has a uniquely large and sunny terrace on the roof of the house, where guests can come and see the breathtaking views of the surrounding rural landscape. The bedrooms are all spaciously proportioned and finished to a high standard. Large windows allow guests to take in the stunning views at every turn, and fill the property with natural light.

The stunning outdoor area is undoubtedly the most special feature of this property; wooden decking surrounds the sparkling blue L-shaped pool, and there is also a fantastic jacuzzi for those that prefer. Set on a hill, the entire outdoor area has incredible views of the Spanish countryside. There is also a generous garden directly in front of the pool, perfect for outdoor play while the parents soak up the sun by the pool on one of the comfortable loungers. There is also a fantastic barbecue, as well as a large wooden outdoor dining table, directly accessed from the kitchen/living area; this is perfect for preparing delicious alfresco meals with loved ones. With the beach just a few minutes away, as well as being very close to the bustling town of Begur, guests will want for nothing at Casa Aceituna.

#### Location
Casa Aceituna is located just 4km from the stunning Aiguablava beach; with crystal clear water and white sand, it is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches of Begur. The fine white sand and white rocks provide the water with an exquisite clear blue colour making it a perfect location for snorkelling. Its shallow, calm waters and the proximity to fabulous local restaurants make it highly recommended for the whole family. There is also a place to rent boats and kayaks, for those that want to explore the nearby bays.

Just a few moments away from the villa is the heart of Begur, a hidden gem of the ever-popular Costa Brava. Begur is part of the comarca of the Baix Emporda in Catalonia. It has become very popular with the Spanish, many of whom travel from the city of Barcelona, which, if you feel like stretching your legs is located just 1-hour North of Begur! Located around a 50-minute drive from the stunning city of Girona (50 km) or 90 minutes (131 km) from the ever-buzzing Barcelona, Begur offers a fantastic location for all.

Begur is overflowing with Spanish charm and has a plethora of things to do from fantastic local eateries and restaurants to boutique shopping and much more. There are of course the ruins of the Castell de Begur which makes for an interesting hike.

Begur is conveniently located within a slew of local Spanish towns and villages giving families and explorers plenty of things to do. There are also the stylish beaches of Sa Tuna and Sa Riera which are just a short drive away. If history is your passion, then perhaps the nearby villages of Regencos and Pubol will interest you. They are both oozing with medieval architecture, especially Pubol which is home to many landmarks associated with Salvador Dali, including the ruins of the castle that he gifted to his Russian wife, Gala. Begur is also local to many golf courses, two of which are located within 10km of the village.
