The villa's spacious accommodation is set over one floor. A lovely living room has three large sofas, allowing everyone to get together and watch a film on the flat screen television. There's also a contemporary fireplace for cosy evenings during the cooler months. A step down takes you into a dining space with a large table and seating for up to eight people. The fully-fitted and well-equipped kitchen has all the modern facilities you will need, including an American-style fridge freezer. There are three airy double bedrooms, with one having a queen size bed. Completing the accommodation are two bathrooms with shower.
The attractive terrace is partially covered, providing cooling shade as you enjoy the seating area or hammock. The outside space is extensive, with a private swimming pool set within a stone terrace that's also home to sun loungers and a chill out bed. A partially covered table and chairs area offers al fresco dining with lovely views of the pool and garden. Next to this is an outdoor kitchen, with an outside toilet and shower providing extra convenience. Within the lawned gardens is another covered dining area with a built-in barbecue.
It sits next to an attractive fish pond where you might also spot some frogs. Beautiful plants and flowers are dotted around the gardens for an idyllic feel, boosted by tranquil views over the surrounding countryside and areas of forest.

Nestled in beautiful surroundings, Villa Beatriu is only 5 km away from San Rafael. A 10-minute drive will take you to the village with its range of amenities and restaurants.

Famous for its pottery shops, San Rafael is the only zone on the island to be declared an artisan zone for craftsmanship. You can browse and buy ceramics made using methods barely changed for thousands of years. A beautiful whitewashed church has stood in the village since the late 18th-century and gives breathtaking views over the area, all the way to Ibiza Town. It's a great place to come for an evening meal out, with a wide selection of restaurants serving a number of cuisines.

Figueretas Beach is around a 20-minute drive away and is a family-friendly spot to enjoy a day out by the sea. The golden sands are backed by an attractive promenade that's dotted with palm trees and a good selection of restaurants and bars. There are ideal conditions for swimming, thanks to the clear and calm waters. Relax on the beach, take a hired kayak out on the sea or go on a boat trip to the small island of Formentera.

The island's capital, Ibiza, is a short walk from Figueretas Beach or just under a 20-minute drive south from the villa. The city has a modern part, with the historical area of Dalt Vila overlooking it. An ancient citadel, its winding streets are home to some fascinating art galleries and museums. Enjoy boutique shops and cafe culture in the more recent development, with plenty to keep the children entertained.
