You will be ‘Blown Away’ with the light and airy interior, and stunning views from the decking over the Cornish countryside.
ACCESS: From the driveway there is a ramp up to the front door.
INSIDE: From the front door there is 1 step over into the lodge. Once inside, the lodge is all on 1 level.
OUTSIDE: From the lounge area there is 1 step down to the balcony.
Inside
Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room. Lounge with 44″ Smart TV with Netflix, electric fire and seating. Kitchen with gas oven and electric hob, fridge (1/2) and freezer (1/2), dishwasher and microwave. Dining area with table and seating. Utility cupboard with washer/dryer.
One double bedroom with en-suite, one twin bedroom and family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: Double (5ft) bed with en-suite with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: Twin (3ft) beds.
Outside
There is an enclosed, private decking area with seating.
There are communal gardens around the park, plus a communal sensory garden, children’s play park and a dog agility/exercise area within the park grounds.

There is parking for two cars by the side of the lodge.
Linen & Towels
Linen and towels are included, please bring your own beach towels.
Linen is changed weekly.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.

There is central heating throughout and an electric fire in the open plan lounge.
