Large open space on the ground floor with large, typical, stube, able to heat the whole house as well as a cheap kitchen. Heating is also ensured by brand new heating systems with radiators, solar panels for hot water and a recently renovated fireplace.
Very large wooden table inside, able to make both lunch and dinner together.
Outside there is a large barbecue and an equally large table where you can make your grills unique!
The floors on the ground floor are in single-tile tile, the stairs leading to the first floor and the same floor in wood.
The outdoor spaces - 10000 square meters of private lawn - make the location unique for adults and children, even very small ones

The entire portion of the chalet (about 190 square meters) is accessed via two entrances

La Baita is located at an altitude of 1200 meters.
Lawn in front of a single house. Ten thousand square meters available to our guests.
With snow, the whitewashed peaks of the Lagorai Group in the background are clearly visible and the Cima d'Asta mountain is visible.
To note the presence, about 3 km from the hut, of a famous and renowned astronomical observatory that will show you, thanks to a powerful telescope, the moon, the planets and the stars as you've never seen them before.
A few km away there is one of the few really well-structured riding stables now left where you can go horseback riding along the trails and woods. And for those who are not yet capable .... what better occasion?
Pastures with animals a few km from the farm.
And only 20/25 minutes by car are the splendid ski slopes of the Lagorai area (Brocon pass).
They are particularly enjoyable descents, overall not demanding, full of shelters in which to taste the typical dishes of the place.
The cost of the day or week is, among other things, lower than in many other places in Trentino Alto Adige, while offering high levels of services.
So the farm is also particularly suitable for those who like to spend days full of sport and fun.
Four bicycles, six deckchairs, a ping-pong table, two televisions, a professional telescope to see the starry skies ... and much more .... all the guests' needs are fully met.
