Description

Your holiday home is in the middle of the forest in the Serra de Tramuntana, and the journey here alone, along the winding roads, breathing in the mountain air, will help you forget the drudgery of everyday life in no time. You comfortably park in the parking area somewhat lower than the house, and a little stone staircase leads you up to your holiday home. Enjoy moments of peace and relaxation in the spacious gardens: relax on one of the sun loungers right by the pool, in the fantastic chill-out lounge area, in the shade of the covered terrace in front of the house, or lose track of time out on one of the chic chill-out beds. Everywhere are spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, reaching off as far as the distant plains. Directly by the pool and lower than the house, surrounded by greenery, you will also find two BBQ areas with dining tables and seating. And for those who like to bake their own bread, there's even an outdoor bread oven. The winter garden, into which one of the terraces can be transformed, is an inviting place on cooler days.

Let yourself be enchanted by the delightful interior of your lovingly furnished and decorated villa. Bright, warm colours and lots of windows create a friendly and inviting impression. The living room is equipped with a glass dining table for six to eight people, a cosy fireplace made of cast iron, a sofa, chairs, and a rustic wooden coffee table. A patio door leads directly out onto the large veranda with long-distance views, where a beautiful mosaic table and four chairs in the same style invite you for breakfast or lunch. The bright kitchen in the typically Mallorcan style also has direct access to the veranda via a glass door. In addition to the living room and kitchen, two of the three bedrooms and the larger bathroom with a shower/bath are also located on the ground floor. The two other bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower are located on the upper floor of the house. Each room enchants with a character all its own: bold colours in green, yellow, or elegant red brown, combined with white and wood, exude a sense of joy and a zest for life. One of the rooms even has its own fireplace. The highlight of this place is surely the roof terrace, from which you can overlook your garden of paradise in all its abundance, the pool, the terraces and, of course, the entire breadth of the western Mallorcan landscape.

The pristine mountain village of Esporles, with its stone-clad houses and winding alleys is still often overlooked by tourists. This might because it's quite difficult to reach by public transport. Stroll through the little alleyways and visit the market on Saturdays to buy fresh local produce and other goods. The historic estate and museum La Granja is also worth a visit. The villa is located near a local highway, which makes it easy to reach the famous mountain villages of Valldemossa (13 km) or Banyalbufar (10.5 km) by car. The capital Palma de Mallorca, with its numerous shopping opportunities and trendy pubs and bars is also only 20 minutes away. If you prefer less hustle and bustle, visit the gorgeous beaches and typical west-coast coves of Port de Canonge (14.6 km), Punta de sa Galera (15.3 km), Passeig del Molinar (26.1 km) or the beach at Ciutat Jardí (26.3 km).
