If you're looking for a relaxing holiday in the hills of the province of Malaga, you should take a look at this holiday home 3 km from the town of Arenas. The breathtaking views and comforts provided in this villa let you enjoy your well-earned holidays in an unforgettable setting. Enjoy the warm temperatures of this area of Andalucia while falling in love with the unobstructed views that extend before your eyes: the valley at your feet, dotted with white towns, slowly merges with the bluest Mediterranean Sea on the horizon.
The house is distributed on a single floor. The first floor that you can see in the photos is the storage room of the owner, which remains closed, thus guaranteeing full privacy for you and your family.
The main room, whose clear-colour decoration provides a welcoming atmosphere, features a comfortable, L-shaped sofa and a big TV, as well as a dining table and access to the fully-equipped independent kitchen. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the layout of the house: the master bedroom is furnished with one double bed and provided with an en-suite with a bathtub; two other double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds) share a bathroom with a shower.
The living room, the main bedroom and the twin-bedded bedroom are provided with warm/cool air-con.
Outside, the spacious outdoor area welcomes a covered porch with a chill-out area, which is ideal for rejoicing the views in the warm summer evenings. From the porch, you can access the spacious terrace, where sun loungers and a fabulous private pool let you make the most of the renowned weather of Andalucia.
The access is made possible via a 7-km dirt track, which is typical of the mountainous area where the house is located. The lane is therefore characterised by slopes and curves, fully made up for by the staggering views that you will enjoy once in the villa.
