Description

Villa Thelma is a beautiful villa on three levels and has air-conditioning throughout. There is an entrance hall which leads through to a spacious and fully fitted kitchen, which has oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, granite style worktop and is open plan with the dining room. The dining room has ample space to seat 8 people and leads into the living room which has 2 patio doors leading out onto the tiled terrace.

The terrace is covered by a pretty pergola and there is room for a large outdoor table and chairs…perfect for those al fresco evenings.

The pool has an electric cover and heating is available at an extra charge. There is ample room for lots of sun loungers plus an outside shower, very handy! The pool is surrounded by well-maintained borders.

Back in the entrance hall you have a downstairs WC with washbasin. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes with en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet and WC. Next door is another double bedroom, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and basin.

From the entrance hall, there is a marbled effect staircase leading up to the first floor, which has a balcony overlooking entrance hall. Along the balcony is a twin bedroom with built-in cupboards and an en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, basin and WC. Master bedroom which has a large mirror with built-in cupboards either side and has an en-suite bathroom which is quite Romanesque with a big, open shower with glass door, twin washbasins and bath in the centre with jacuzzi fittings, WC and bidet. Both the bedrooms on this floor have private terraces overlooking the pool.

From the entrance hall, there are steps leading down into the basement. There is a large garage with a pool table and a storage cupboard. Next door to the garage is a games/tv room and then a small study with built-in bookcase and cupboard, also a wooden desk and office chair. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also located in the basement.

#### Location
Quinta do Mar is located just 20 minutes from Faro International airport in an area known as The Golden Triangle. While the resort does not have any clubhouse facilities, it does benefit from security guards, tennis courts and a small football pitch. The holiday resorts of Vale do Lobo, and Quinta do Lago are just a short drive away. Located only 700 metres from the entrance to Quinta do Mar is Ancao beach. Here you will find miles of golden sand, watersports and popular beachside restaurants including the renowned 2 Passos restaurant. Garrao beach, with even more restaurants on offer including Izzy's and Julia's, is a five-minute stroll along the beach.

For golf lovers, there is eight championship golf courses within 10 minutes drive. The largest tennis academy in Europe is located just 8 minutes drive from Quinta do Mar. For those that prefer a more relaxing holiday, there is plenty of spa's in the vicinity including one located at the nearby Ria Park Hotel and the resort at Vale do Lobo. In the nearby town of Almancil, you will find some fabulous restaurants. Well worth a visit is the favourite streak restaurants Parrilla Natural and Gourmet Natural. All of the restaurants in The Golden Triangle are child-friendly, but we particularly recommend KoKo lane (with a playground attached) and Casavostra Pizzeria.
