Villa Albertiana is an attractive holiday villa that is located on the main avenue of the Aroeira Golf Resort, only a short Walking distance from all of the activities that the complex has to offer. Whether you are a large family or group of friends, Villa Albertiana will take you tranquillity as soon as you arrive.

When walking out onto the garden, guests will find a beautiful outdoor patio complete with a lounging area with large, sink in chairs and an elegant dining area for six, all under a roof with a beautiful light hanging low from the ceiling.

The living room sees deep grey sofas surround a glass fireplace, bookshelves and a flat-screen television for evenings spent socialising inside. You will be able to enter the dining room via the garden and patio through large glass doors that let in radiating natural light. The place is complemented by black laminate floor and a range of mood-setting lamps for dining in the evenings.

The kitchen is generously equipped and decorated in subtle grey and white with glass doors leading out onto the garden. Guests will appreciate the spacious master bedroom on the ground floor which emulates a luxury spa and holds plenty of space for storing clothes.

The en-suite bathroom is blissful and comes with a walk-in shower and a considerable amount of natural light. The other double bedroom on the ground floor has fantastic views of the garden and landscape and a desk and chair set for catching up on work or just relaxing.

On the first floor, guests will discover a quiet book room with tons of books packed into lovely white glass cabinets and comfortable chairs to sit in a while getting lost reading.

#### Location
Villa Albertiana has conveniently located only a few minutes' drives away from the superb Praia Fonte da Telha beach that is full of golden sand, clear water and enchanting woodland surroundings.

At this beach, visitors can enjoy great food and beverages at the many quaint beach bars and restaurants, as well as purchasing the fresh catch of the day from the fishermen bringing in their fish every night.

Arrabida Fossil Natural Park is a protected area of beautiful land nearby the villa. The site is frequented for its incredible beaches, glorious mountains and spectacular views.

Founded in 1976, the city boasts a variety of beaches from pebbled to covered with white sand, as well as secluded beaches where you will feel as if you have entered your private paradise.

The nature park is also a fantastic location to partake in hiking, climbing and cycling, where you can see as many parts of the fascinating landscape as possible. For sun worshippers, the beaches in the area are indeed heaven sent as the mountains reflect the sun, making the beaches super-hot.

At only 11km away from the villa, Costa da Caparica is most certainly worth a visit and is well-known for its excellent 15 km stretch of beaches. A mini-train is available to be boarded that travels from the centre to the south and stops at all of the beaches on its way.

Typically, the further south you travel, the quieter and more hidden the beach will be, so the region has something for everyone.
