Description
The outside space is special. Balcony on top floor. Veranda on main floor and terrace on pool level all offer stunning views of mountain and sea.
The Summer kitchen is full equipped with fridge, hot plate, dishwasher and barbecue
The villa is just outset the small village of Adsubia. 15 minutes walk through the orange grove to one restaurant and two bars.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
3 double bedrooms. 2 with double beds. The pool bedroom has 2 single beds
The local Restaurant La Moleta is a 15 minute walk with an excellent menu including dishes of the day.
There are lovely drives ( or cycles) through the mountains of down to the sea.
Oliva Beach is in our opinion the best in the Costa Blanca with 7 km of soft sand that never gets crowded. Safe bathing for all the family.
Denia is a fascinating town full of life and tradition with a beautiful harbour.
Valencia with all its colour and charm is only 1 hours drive away whilst the night life of Benidorm is 40 minutes drive away.
The biggest attraction of the villa is the luxurious outside area with plenty of room for sun lounging and having a lovely time with friends eating and drinking.
Watching the sun go down over the mountains and come up again the following morning is very special!
