Description

At the exit of the town of Ragusa lies this holiday home in the countryside with a swimming pool, surrounded by various plants and palm trees. The property is the ideal solution for spending a holiday in total relaxation, alternating rest with swimming in the pool or long walks or simply lazing under the trees to read some good books. A part of the plot is destined to fruit trees and to cultivation (cherry tomatoes, various vegetables, available to guests). Outside the kitchen there is a covered veranda overlooking the pool. Not far from the pool there is a barbecue area and an outdoor kitchen, covered by a roof. An external staircase leads to the upper floor (attic) which has two sunny verandas with panoramic views of the Iblea countryside. A few kilometers from here you can visit the Castle of Donnafugata, a manor from the end of the 18th century, a tourist destination renowned for the perfect preservation of the furnishings. But getting around is very simple, in fact you are a few kilometers from the state road 514 which connects the various road junctions: in a few minutes you can reach Chiaramonte Gulfi with its pine forest and the atmosphere of a mountain village, or Comiso (ancient kasmena) for a more cultural visit, the charming Ragusa Ibla to admire the baroque art, Modica, Scicli and much more for discovering culture and traditions. For those who wish to enjoy the crystal clear sea of the Iblea coast, the Ragusan beaches are within 20 km. At about 1 km there is a shopping center with all kinds of shops. One room in the house is reserved for the owner and used as a deposit room.
