Perfectly suited for year-round entertaining, the generously proportioned open plan reception room stretches the full length of the villa. With beautiful lake views to take in from the living area and the romantic arched floor-to-ceiling picture windows of the elegant dining room, the scene is set for memorable get-togethers and unforgettable special occasions during your stay. The unique sunken sitting area features a plush custom-made L-shaped sofa; for a sumptuous spot in which to relax and enjoy the warmth of the open fireplace and a movie to the wall mounted SAT TV and DVD player provided. Free WIFI access can also be enjoyed throughout, enabling guests to easily stay in touch with family and friends.

A second less formal sitting area leads through an archway to a charming separate kitchen, which is practically fitted for carefree hosting and entertaining. All the must-have appliances feature including a cooker hob, microwave, dishwasher and a coffee machine and kettle for relaxed mornings in. During guests stay, a private chef can also be hired at the villa; for a memorable way to celebrate special occasions and to soak up an authentic dining experience.

Leading on from the relaxed sitting area, the elegant dining area can be reached. Furnished with a formal dining table for 6 and complemented by striking arched picture windows that invite the breathtaking lake views in, guests can easily enjoy wining and dining away.

From the beautiful lake view dining room, doors lead directly out to a heavenly lake view terrace. Boasting a sheltered and sunny aspect, the terrace provides a truly serene and romantic setting in which to relax and take in the views. With its classic colonnade to frame the lake and comfortable day beds to hand, the scene is set for daytime daydreaming and carefree enjoyment.

The private lakefront garden also benefits from a BBQ too, for a less formal setting in which to host summertime dinner parties.

The beautiful villa continues to delight; with three spacious double bedrooms that each oozes a tranquil quality in which to unwind. The master suite boasts lakefront views and an adjoining sunny lake view balcony, perfect for soaking up romantic sunset aperitifs. The suite further benefits from a luxury double bed, an en-suite shower room, mirrored wardrobes and a classic palette of soft nautical tones to provide a good night’s rest.

The golden hues of the second double bedroom provide a timeless regal charm; within a spacious room that boasts wonderful lake views, mirrored wardrobes and a wall-mounted TV. A third couple will feel very welcome within the handsome appeal of the third double bedroom, which enjoys tranquil garden views and is furnished with a sumptuous double bed and elegant wooden wardrobe.

A second family bathroom with bath tub and shower complete the internal layout of this beautiful retreat. A washing machine and tumble dryer also feature for added convenience.

Outside, guests can enjoy soaking up the surrounding peace of the villa’s garden. Home to lush lawns, sunny terraces, mature planting and antique sculptures, the lakeside grounds provide a serene idyll in which to relax and entertain. Well-behaved dogs will also enjoy being able to stretch their legs and relax in the sun and shady spots.

Guests with limited mobility are asked to note that the villa features 86 steps outside and 12 steps inside. Public parking can be found nearby about 2 meters from the villa gates, alongside the timeless charm of San Siro. With its ancient churches, breathtaking hiking routes and local village amenities, San Siro provides an authentic back water setting from which to escape from and reach the touristic Central Lake.

Situated just 6 minutes drive away from Menaggio, guests will be able to reach the wide selection of modern amenities with ease. Alongside authentic cafes, Italian restaurants and boutique shops, the picturesque resort town is home to a family-friendly Lido, a car and passenger ferry service and direct bus and road links to the Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club, the Loveno Tennis Club, the villa attractions along the Tremezzina shore and also Lake Lugano.

The ferry stop provides carefree convenience when looking to explore the resort towns of Varenna and Bellagio, as well as to reach the Bellagio Extreme Sports Club, the Jungle Raider Tree climbing park above Varenna and the Piani di Bobbio Ski resort.
