At the heart of this charming villa is a lovely, open-plan living and dining space, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows looking out over the terrace, towards the sea. Doors open onto a tranquil balcony, benefiting from the same glorious views and expanding the living space into the open air – the perfect spot for an evening cocktail! Up to half a flight of stairs, overlooking the living area, you will find the modern, fully-equipped kitchen, with a large breakfast table where everyone can gather around for a morning coffee or help cook a delicious evening meal!

As you wander up the open staircase to the top floor, the layout constantly guides you back to the beautiful views! Upstairs, there is a double and a twin room that both have access to charming balconies, perfect for quiet moments alone or as a couple. There is another twin room and a single room on this floor, as well as two modern bathrooms.

The final bedroom is designed as a suite, with its own access on the lower ground floor. The bedroom offers twin beds, with a separate bathroom, a kitchenette and a cosy television room. This suits older children or grandparents perfectly, giving them their own space, yet with them remaining nearby.

With the villa arranged over several floors, the outdoor areas are designed to suit, with balconies and terraces on each floor, all of which captures a different aspect of the stunning views. On the lower level, a tranquil infinity pool cascades over the edge of the property, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. There are deck chairs, outdoor sofas, and there is plenty of room to dine al-fresco, sharing laughter and stories late into each evening as the sun sets on the horizon.

Villa Rea sits just 20 minutes from the beach and town centre of Sitges, or if you're not feeling the walk, it is a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute bus! The perfect location for exploring this beautiful coastal area! The area offers everything you might need for a relaxed holiday, with amenities close by such as shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and evening entertainment.

When you venture into the old town, there typically narrow Spanish streets that you can amble around explore each day. These pretty streets slowly lead you down to a picturesque, palm tree-lined promenade that runs the entire length of the open bay with its various beautiful beaches.

If you are already a wine connoisseur or are simply interested in tasting some local grapes, then you will enjoy visiting the local vineyards and bodegas of Torres, Cordoniu and Priorat. For food, you should try some traditional Catalan dishes, often featuring fresh seafood and Mediterranean vegetables, the delicacies are mouth-wateringly good! The access to this stunning town is as easy as it gets, located just 20-minutes from Barcelona's El Prat international airport. It is not necessary to hire a car when staying in Sitges as there are excellent transport links to and from Barcelona airport and into Barcelona city.
