This villa, very spacious and functional, is divided into two parts: on the first floor you'll find 3 double bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds), a complete bathroom with bathtub, an independent equipped kitchen as well as a bright living room with dining area and sofa-bed.
From the living room, you can get to a nice furnished veranda with a sofa, a table for your meals and large curtains to get protected from the sun, as well as French doors to step out to a corner terrace, covered and furnished (table and chairs) with an overall view onto the villa's big swimming pool and beautiful garden.
On the ground floor, there is an independent studio with a living room, an equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower and 2 double bedrooms (a double bed and 2 single beds).

Outside the villa, the area is entirely fitted out with a large covered terrace, an equipped kitchen with a big stone barbecue with 2 spots, sinks, gas cooker, tables, chairs, benches and lamps in the garden, sun beds around the swimming pool (Roman stairs), a private parking area suitable for 3 cars and a games area with slide, swing and a tennis wall.

This villa, very well located, stands about 4 kms from the beautiful fine sand beaches and creeks in Las Tres Calas where you'll be able to discover, after a few minutes walk, creeks that mostly remain completely virgin.
It stands in the quiet and family residential area of Las Tres Calas where you'll find a little shopping centre with bar, restaurant, chemist, little supermarket, etc … and, for bigger shopping, you'll find all you need in the centre of Ametlla de Mar standing about 4,5 kms from the villa.

Obligatory final cleaning: 100 Euros to be paid in cash on arrival.
Damage deposit: 500 Euros for families, returned after check-out or 150 Euros per person in cash for groups of friends, returned on check-out.
