This magnificent 11 bedroom villa with private swimming pool is situated in a residential area of the small village of Belvedere Fogliense. Ideal for a luxurious and unforgettable holiday with family or a group of friends, it can accommodate up to 25 people. The villa is divided into 5 flats, located on the first and second floor, surrounded by large balconies with outdoor furniture and there is also a large common room located on the ground floor with a kitchen and tables and chairs to eat all together. Relax and unwind in the large enclosed garden or in the shade of the large balconies. The swimming pool is surrounded by a lovely sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There is an outdoor shower for washing up after a swim. The villa is situated in the municipality of Tavullia, a few steps from the village of Belvedere Fogliense. The main services, such as bars, restaurants, are located about 2 km away in the town of Mondaino, while in the town of Montecchio, about 7 km away, you will find several supermarkets always open, shops, take-away, etc... About 19 km away is Cattolica, with its lovely bars and clubs with music on the beach. On a cultural level, Urbino (17 km) and Pesaro (23 km) are worth a visit, with its lively promenade and beautiful golden sandy beaches. A cot and high chair can be requested free of charge. Outdoor parking is available along the road. Public transport is about 3 km away in Mondaino or 8 km away in Montecchio. The international airport Federico Fellini is 28 km away.
