This villa is maintained to a high standard on a regular basis. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge and all linen and bathroom towels are provided. The property manager lives close by and is very hands on if any problems arise. You will be greeted on your arrival and shown around the villa and given information and advice about the area.

This property is situated in the stunning unique complex in Los Moradites on the outskirts of Adeje.

The peaceful location is set amongst beautiful fruit trees and palms, in the typical Canarian style gardens. This is the alternative side of Tenerife, with spectacular views out to the sea, and a quiat, rural location.

This rural setting is remarkably only a 5 minute drive to the major supermarkets and the quaint town of Adeje.

In the stunning private communal areas is the huge pool with various sun loungers for your free use, outside showers, a mixture of Canarian trees and shrubs, artificial grass, pergola with seating in a shaded area.

This unique property is situated in a quiet rural location but is only 3km from the town of Adeje and 5km from the nearest beach at Costa Adeje There are local restaurants, bars and large supermarkets etc nearby and is less than 2km from the villa. The water parks of Siam park and Aqua land are just 5km away. Car hire is strongly recommended at this property.
