The extraordinary villa "Mil Flores" receives its guests via a generous driveway and a beautiful entrance that passes by an oleander hedge. The excellently maintained and extensive outdoor area has been laid out in a strikingly lush manner with Mediterranean plants. Lawn and terrace areas, niches and little paths enhance the picture and invite you to stay and linger. The house is lined by rows of cypresses, so that both garden and pool remain completely hidden from view, giving you an all-around sense of privacy. Modern pool loungers and chilled outdoor furniture offer varied options for a comfortable stay in the open air. Diverse covered areas provide wonderfully breezy spots in the shade, while two parasols are also available to protect you from excessive UV rays. From the living room, you can access a covered terrace that runs around one half of the house and which offers views of the charming garden. On the other side of the house, an exit leads to another covered terrace towards the pool. With a total of 30 outdoor seating possibilities, there is ample opportunity to find a scenic spot for relaxing in style, and you can search for a new favourite spot every day. The L-shaped pool, lined by palm trees, can certainly be described as impressive with its dimensions of 12 x 6 metres; it features a generous and broad stairway entry Should you wish, you can drink freshly tapped beer or a cool glass of water from the in-house water dispenser (20 litres) at your very own pool bar. It is professionally equipped with a barbecue, refrigerator and beer tap, leaving nothing to be desired. As a special gift, in addition to the usual welcome surprise (fruit basket, wine, a few little things), guests receive a delicious, cool beer keg (30 litres) on the house, placed directly in the pool bar - everything has been set up for you to tap an ice-cold beer for yourself. For little holiday guests, the garden supplies toys and apparatus, while there is also a diverse range of leisure activities for the grown-ups to take part in. A table tennis and table football table are available in the covered terrace area, while an extra pool/billiards room awaits inside. The barbecue entices guests to organise culinary grill sessions on mild evenings, celebrating in good company and letting a fulfilling vacation day come to a pleasant end. In order to protect the special features of this villa and preserve them for many guests to come, the use of the pool house and pool/billiards room during the winter is only possible on arrangement with the landlord. The beer tap is disassembled during this time in order to be properly maintained and serviced, and is therefore not available.

The house has been designed with high-quality materials and consistently equipped with real wood parquet flooring. Aesthetic wall coverings with impressive marbling and different colour nuances emphasise the elegant atmosphere. Decorative installation work, modern bathrooms and expertly applied decorations round off the flair very harmoniously. The attractive living room, complete with cosy seating corner, fireplace, and flat screen satellite-TV, invites you to relax in style. Here, you can delve into a book or magazine, get lost in a deep conversation, or let an appealing film on TV entertain you. This room is air-conditioned, as are the kitchen and ground-floor bedroom. From the living room, you can also access the dining area bordering the kitchen.
Up to eight people can enjoy a magnificent dining experience indoors here. In the modern kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances, you will find another little dining area, in which you can enjoy meals in a smaller group. A kettle and coffee machine allow you to easily prepare hot drinks. A beautiful bedroom with a view of the pool and garden is located on the ground floor. Additionally, this floor also provides an attractive bathroom with natural stone ornaments, a shower and a washbasin. On the upper floor, which can be reached via a beautiful wooden staircase, lie three additional bedrooms, a roof terrace and two bathrooms. Beds that are comfortably sized at 1.50 x 1.90 m are available to guests, as well as mosquito nets if required. The master bedroom has a TV and a stylish en-suite bathroom with a shower, whirlpool bathtub, and double washbasin. On the little roof terrace, you can enjoy a marvellous view, ranging from the entire estate right up to the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains.

This holiday home is an ideal starting point for exploring Mallorca's impressive northern coastal- and mountain region. In Inca, for example, you can enjoy a lively atmosphere. This town is particularly known for the local leather industry; shoes by the popular brand "Camper" are produced there. The cellar restaurants, which are characteristic of Inca, are stacked with huge wine barrels, and are the perfect places to try typical Mallorcan dishes and regional wines. In the town of Sineu, which lies about 7 km away, there is a beautiful market place with cafes and welcoming restaurants. Road noise from a country road over 120 m away as the crow flies can be heard depending on the direction of the wind. The beautiful bay of Alcúdia and its 15km-long stretch of fine white sand is easily reached by car in just 20 minutes. Finally, it just has to be mentioned that the villa "Mil Flores" is also excellently suited for a winter holiday due to its facilities.
