The owners have managed to invitingly combine contemporary and traditional elements, both indoors and out, making for a comfortable stay with a typically Mallorcan character. When you arrive at the beautiful estate, this original effect is apparent from the house, which despite its recent construction has a classic natural stone facade. You'll feel compelled to stretch out right away on the spacious front terrace, which leads to the pool area just a few metres further on. Both areas are equipped with plenty of outdoor furniture, so all that's missing is your favourite cool drink in your hand. But the outdoor seating doesn't end there, as other adjacent terraces spread out over 100 m². This landscape is partially roofed, providing plenty of shade all around the villa. It is also surrounded by a well-kept garden with lots of trees and many Mediterranean plants. The entire property is thus wonderfully embedded in the absolutely gorgeous rolling hillside terrain around Son Servera. A special highlight, in addition to the pool, is a massive outdoor barbecue area where you can grill in the evenings whenever you like. The outdoor bathroom is also very convenient. No need to walk through the house with wet feet after a swim.

The interior of the villa has a large living room with a cosy corner for sitting by the open fireplace and a dining area. The living area is also equipped with TV, a DVD player, a music system, and wireless Internet. The layout is clever, as one side of the room opens onto the fully equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and much more. Whoever is in charge of cooking can stay right in the middle of things and be a part of it all, and setting and clearing the table takes just a few steps. Four nicely appointed double bedrooms provide a good night's sleep in quiet surroundings for everyone. Three of these rooms have two single beds each, and the fourth room has one large double bed. Two contemporary bathrooms with shower round out the house, which is particularly bright and well-lit thanks to its large windows. The same goes for the living area, which has floor-length glass doors to the terrace. Especially if you are traveling with one or two families, are bringing the children along, and are looking for a good rental price, you can't go wrong with the villa "Tia".

Great news for beach lovers, the nearest beach is just 5 minutes away. This is a sandy beach with a gradual slope into the water, perfect for kids. Other beaches are also just a short trip away. The fine sandy beach of Playa de Sa Coma, about 900 m long and 60 m wide, is also very attractive and has a shady promenade for taking a stroll. Cala Ratjada (14 km) also offers a magnificent promenade and great evening dining options. For shopping, you might like the city of Manacor (18 km), which features shops, restaurants, and nightclubs. Life in the beautiful village of Artà (12 km) is more idyllic, with an inviting pedestrian zone.
