Le acque basse e riparate della baia, sono ideali per le famiglie con bambini ma anche offrono la possibilità di praticare tutti gli sport da spiaggia.
Nel condominio è vietato l'uso delle automobili ad esclusione dei residenti, che in ogni caso non possono posteggiare l'auto nelle strade condominiali. Nella proprietà sono disponibili 3 posti auto.
