This cosy holiday home with aromatic garden, pool, gym area and communal hot tub lies 4 km from the sandy beach of Ardea (Rome). The house is part of a small complex with three independent houses (see IRK166-IRK167-IRK168), a restaurant, a communal area with above-ground pool, parasols and sunbeds, outdoor shower and gazebo with a small gym area. The use of the whirlpool is against payment. Available are also a stone barbecue and a children's play area with swing and slide. The complex is located in a strategic position for excursions and day trips: it is only 4 km from the sea of Torvajanica with its equipped sandy beach, 10 km (12 minutes) from the train station Aprilia, from which you reach the centre of Rome in just 35 minutes. Just 20 km from here (about 30 minutes) you will find the famous Castelli Romani and Anzio, from where you can reach the beautiful Pontine Islands in just one hour by hydrofoil. In the green area in front of the owner's villa is a large gazebo, ideal for birthday parties and anniversaries (on request and against payment) or just for pleasant moments with your loved ones or for meals organized by the house owner. The friendly owner, who also lives in a house within the complex, provides the following services on request and against payment: transfer to and from the train station, airports, transfer to the beach, guided tours of Rome and all archaeological sites and museums in the area, gastronomic tours. The owner can organize courses of typical Roman cuisine with porchetta (pork roast), vegan cuisine, tastings of bread and oil of own production, vegetables, jams, wine and sour cherries liqueur, catering service, typical products, baby-sitting service, bike rental. In addition, there will be evenings with live music. For the guests there will be a welcome basket with local products.
