Description

Part of the urbanisation of Roca Llisa and close to the only golf course on the island, Casa Roca Llisa is a family-friendly villa that enjoys naturally beautiful surroundings.

The fresh, neutral decor is contrasted by the vibrant colours of the soft furnishings and the warmth from classic pieces of wood furniture. The use of natural materials reflects the beautiful gardens and broader outside space around the villa.

Casa Roca Llisa is a villa set over two floors, making the most of the stunning views in the area. On the ground floor is an open plan living/dining room with comfortable seating and numerous patio doors that flood the area with light and offer access to the outside space. The dining table and chairs are situated close to the well-equipped kitchen, making dinnertimes easy and convenient. There's also a further sitting room with television and fireplace, making this a cosy place to retreat to on cooler evenings. A guest bathroom is ideal for those visits in and out of the garden.

To the first floor are three bedrooms with air conditioning. There's a master bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a small twin bedroom with two single beds. A lovely bathroom with bath is for use by all guests.

The partially-covered terraces are home to areas of outdoor furniture that are ideal for relaxing as you soak up the views across the garden. There's also a small table and chairs for enjoying a leisurely coffee or pre-dinner drink. Within the extensive grounds is a private swimming pool surrounded by a terrace and a selection of sun loungers and chill out bed. The views across the countryside and over to the hills are superb from this area. For enjoying a peaceful walk or finding a shady spot to relax, you'll see that the mature gardens fit the bill.

#### Location
There are several facilities within the Roca Llisa urbanisation, including a wellness centre and golf course. If you follow a small path found near the security gates you'll find yourself at the tiny beach of Cala Olivera. It's a bit of a hidden gem as many tourists aren't aware of its existence and it's therefore hushed and private. You won't find any cafes or restaurants here, so it's the ideal opportunity to make a picnic and enjoy a relaxed afternoon by the sea.

Just under a 15-minute drive away is the resort of Cala Llonga. Within the centre of town are a selection of shops and a supermarket for grocery shopping, with several gift shops giving you a chance to stock up on souvenirs. Down on the coast is a sandy beach that's lapped by tranquil waters ideal for swimming. There are plenty of family-friendly facilities on offer here. A playground on the beach and a small amusement park provide hours of fun, and many of the cafes and snack bars cater for children as well as adults. You can also hire pedalos to explore the area by sea.

The island's capital, Ibiza Town, is around a 30-minute journey south of the villa. Having both a modern town and an old town to explore means there's something of interest for everyone. Down by the attractive marina are stylish bars, restaurants and boutique shops, making it a great place to enjoy delicious meals and for indulging in some retail therapy. The old town of Dalt Vila sits on a small mountain overlooking the new area and has many historical attractions within its imposing walls and narrow passageways. These include a 14th-century cathedral and the ancient castle that the town was built around.
