Villa Alqueria Alt is a charming Mallorcan Villa with mountain views, situated at walking distance to Campanet cafes and restaurants and a short drive to the beach. At the Villa has been made a great use of both local decor and designs. The traditional style villa, which is in two levels is spacious and provides good holiday accommodation.

All surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant meticulously before a guest enters the Villa. Cleaning ladies wear disposable gloves and masks to clean and disinfect. Laundry is done using a minimum temperature of 60°C and drying items completely for 72 hours or more.

At the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchenette with all the modern facilities and equipment that you may require on your holiday. There is also one single bedroom with one extra bed for a second person, and one fully bathroom. It enjoys unlimited free WIFI for use.

On the first floor there is a light airy twin bedroom and an equally bright double bedroom, with a bathroom inbetween. There is also a double bedroom with an ensuite full equipped bathroom. The rooms have great views towards the pool and moutains. All bedrooms have air conditioned/heated at no extra cost. In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air condioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h.

From the kitchen, doors open onto the north facing front terrace which is partially covered by veranda for outdoor dining al fresco (there is a big wood table available) and with easy access to the pool and sunbathing area. There is also a barbeque house constructed in local stone.

From here there are views towards Tramuntana Natural World Heritage, enjoy the views while in the pool and hammocks area! The mountains form a pretty backdrop to the villa, which is situated on a large plot partially screened by hedges , plants and shrubs.

Located in a great area with a mountain backdrop and just 10 minutes walk to the center of Campanet Old Town, a cozy small town situated on the top of a small hill. Just minutes walk from its picturesque village, where you will find a variety of cafés, traditional restaurants, bars and many typical shops with welcoming ambiences and folklore. Any Tuesday, you could visit its open-air market and find fresh farm products.

Other interesting points in town would be Campanet Caves, Ufanes water fountains and Sant Miquel chapel, one of the most ancient in Mallorca. Agroturism Monnaber Nou is near to Villa the Villa and offers a restaurant with incredible views.

There is a big supermarket and grocery located 10 minutes drive.

Pollensa old town or Puerto Alcudia beach are some near resorts, located 20 min drive from here. Puerto Pollensa beach and Playa de Muro beach are also at the same distance.

This Villa is perfect for those who do not wish to drive everywhere, due the proximity of Campanet and its center, tough a car may be recommended for those who like to move as there is much to explore in the surroundings of Villa Alqueria Alt!
